No. Parents open a single shareable link — the Weekly Parent Recap or an event lineup like Talent Day — right in their browser or WhatsApp, with no login, no app download, and no password.

Can it handle a whole-school event like Talent Day or a Christmas program?

Yes. Principals can create an event, teachers submit their class's performances, the principal sets the running order and times, and the finished lineup is shared with parents as one link — including last-minute or guest performers who aren't part of any class.

Yes. Know Your Church is multi-tenant — every church's students, classes, attendance, and events are isolated from every other church on the platform by design.

Can more than one person have full admin access?

Yes. The church owner can add a co-admin — another Super Admin with the same day-to-day access, signing in with their own Google account. Only account-level actions, like adding or removing another Super Admin, stay restricted to the original owner.

Do teachers, principals, and trip coordinators each get their own login?

Yes. Every role gets its own dashboard scoped to what they actually need — a teacher only sees their assigned class, a trip coordinator only sees the one trip they're helping run, and a principal sees the whole Sunday school. No one needs to share a login.

Can I import an existing list instead of typing everyone in by hand?
